Larry joined ADP’s Strategic Team in 2022 to support the company’s largest clients. He brings his insights and experiences into the client partnership to strategize on their unique human capital initiatives and visions. Prior to joining ADP, Larry served as the Chief People Officer of a large health care organization and was also an ADP client. Prior to that role, he led the talent management, leadership development, performance management and learning functions for a large international organization. With his expertise in strategic human capital management, he has established talent management solutions for emerging and incumbent leader succession planning, led various cultural transformations and redesigned performance management systems. Under his leadership, his teams earned Chief Learning Office’s Learning Elite designation in 2018 and 2019 for leadership development programming. More recent speaking engagements include the topics of Performance Management, Organizational Well-Being, Employee Value Propositions and Leading Transformation in venues including Chief Talent officer, HRD Connect and ADP’s Meeting of the Minds and ADP’s Global Partner Summit. Larry currently serves on HRD’s advisory board. Larry holds a M.S. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, a M.A. in Strategic Communication &Leadership and a master’s certificate in Applied Positive Psychology. His undergraduate degree is a B.S. in Occupational Therapy. He is a trained professional coach, graduating from an ICF accredited coach training program in 2001. He is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology ((SIOP) and the International Coach Federation (ICF). Sue is the VP of People Insights, Strategy & Culture at the Coca-Cola Company. Reporting to the CHRO, she is responsible for shaping the future of Coca-Cola’s workforce by developing and executing the company’s long-term people, analytics and engagement strategy. She is responsible for developing and leading global culture and change management efforts on the company’s journey to emerge stronger after significant organizational change.

Prior to joining the company, Sue was the global head of HR diagnostics for Shell, based in Houston, Texas. In her role, she managed a global center of excellence in HR strategy, learning and organizational effectiveness. Sue was responsible for the overall development and execution of the company’s assessment and analytics strategy to accelerate the change in people and their business with the goal of creating more and cleaner energy solutions.

Throughout her career, Sue has held additional roles with various organizations, including APQC, where she led HR and human capital management projects with a focus on best practices, benchmarking, organizational surveys, strategy formulation and development, and thought leadership. Sue has also held leadership roles with other organizations, including Psychology Beyond Borders and University of California at Irvine.

Sue received dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and History from UCLA. She also received her Master’s in Social Ecology and a Ph.D. in Social and Personality Psychology from UCI. Sue holds SHRM-CP, PHR and various assessment certifications.

In her spare time, Sue enjoys mentoring, hiking, traveling, dancing and spending time with her husband, two dogs, friends and family. Sue is currently based in Atlanta and is a native of California.

Parker McKenna leads human capital and culture strategies for Mosaic Inc., one of the
nation’s largest whole-person healthcare organizations specializing in serving
individuals with a variety of long-term service and support needs. In this role,
McKenna focuses specifically on strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and
creating the best possible experience for Mosaic’s workforce across the U.S.
Prior to joining Mosaic in 2019, McKenna served in a variety of HR leadership and
executive roles in the retail, education, and transportation industries. McKenna has
served in multiple roles on the boards of SHRM affiliate chapters and state councils
including HR Nebraska (a SHRM affiliate state council). In his spare time, McKenna
enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends. He lives in Omaha, NE., with his
wife, three children and dog.

Julie B Cummings serves as Managing Director, Audit Head of Talent & Culture for KPMG, one of the world’s leading professional services firms and the fastest growing Big Four accounting firm in the United States. As a Senior Human Resources Executive and Strategic Leader with experience in multiple industries, Julie defines strategic vision and leverages strong business acumen, as well as an innate ability to understand organizational strengths and weaknesses to develop business, operational, and HR policies, and practices to achieve objectives and create an environment where employees thrive, and the business succeeds.
