Today PE owned companies make up 20% - up from 4% in 2000. IT IS TIME TO DELIVER!

Among PE firm leaders, 64% say meeting value creation milestones is the top challenge portcos face, followed by top-line

growth (cited by 56%) and operational effectiveness and margin management (cited by 42%)

Quality of the Leadership Team is a significant misalignment between PE Investors and Portco C Suites. Leadership is the key to sustained value creation, but the PE industry is not taking steps to produce sustained leadership Excellence.

Key Talent development practices are not widely followed and best practices not agreed upon resulting in managing talent in transactional and traditional ways.

Technology- artificial intelligence in particular- is disrupting industry business models and reshaping the leadership agenda.

Finally there is a critical need for a collaborative approach to develop stronger change management capabilities focused on Talent, a strong Leadership Commitment and a Clear vision and Strategy.

Don Moseley is an accomplished CEO and CHRO. He has successfully founded and grown an HR consulting firm that assists companies in transformation of high growth environments. Don has a 30 year career of success in assisting organizations in achieving success. He now takes his expertise and experience and shares it with clients globally.
Don was an HR Executive and sitting CHRO for 20 years. As an HR practitioner He focused on being a strong business executive first and foremost. Don is a business executive with experience leading global Human Resource organizations and partnering with executives to optimize the deployment of human capital as a competitive advantage. He has demonstrated success in aligning and integrating human capital strategy with business strategy during periods of rapid growth, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. He has a strong track record of building effective HR teams focused on strategic outcomes while delivering operational results. Don is a transformational leader with excellent executive presence, relationship building, and influence skills.
Don has been a Chief Human Resources Officer for both Global Public and PE backed companies. Don has worked across industries and had success in each. Don spent 10 years with Cardinal Health where he worked in a variety of Human Resources leadership roles to include the Sr. Vice President of Global Talent Management, Organization Development and HR Strategy
He possesses in-depth knowledge of all HR areas from a process and functional standpoint. He progressed through various HR roles based on demonstrated leadership and a reputation for creating a talent pipeline of “ready now” successors at key senior leadership positions, effectively deploying organizational design to enhance business outcomes, and establishing a collaborative culture. Don has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. He also is a champion of change and innovation, with success in automating HR processes and building HR capability.
Don has a Bachelor of Arts (BA), Psychology from Augustana College and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Lake Forest. In addition, he holds Executive Education certificates from both Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)
