We are excited to introduce the first annual River Valley Wedding Fest. This event will be held on February 27th, 2022 from 10 am until 4 pm. Once all vendor applications are received we will split up each vendor, based upon category, between all four of our venue locations. Each guest will be incentivized to visit all four locations. If they do visit each location their names will go into a drawing to win a grand prize that will be announced closer to the event. Each vendor space will be a 10x10 space. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own materials including but not limited to tables, table cloths, and all marketing materials. Please fill out the vendor registration form completely so we will be able to distribute each of you properly.
Our four venues this year will be Sweet Treats Events Center in Lamar, Cabin Creek Lookout in Knoxville, Sweetgrass Hall in Clarksville, and The Barn at Sleepy Hollow in Clarksville. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us at the Chamber!
