We are excited to bring back the Annual River Valley Wedding Fest!! This event will be held on February 4th, 2024, from 1 PM to 5 PM. Once all vendor applications are received, we will divide each vendor, based on category, between all three of our beautiful venue locations. Each guest will be incentivized to visit all five locations. If they do visit each location, their names will go into a drawing to win a grand prize that will be announced closer to the event. Each vendor space will be a 10x10 space. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own materials including but not limited to tables, tablecloths, displays, and all other marketing materials. Please fill out the vendor registration form completely so we will be able to distribute each of you properly.
Our three venues this year will be Horsehead Lake Lodge & Event Center in Clarksville, the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, and The Barn at Sleepy Hollow in Clarksville.
