With the massive influx of fentanyl onto our streets, the ever-present dangers of human trafficking, and the recent increase in highway fatalities, roadside interdiction is more important than ever. This course focuses on bringing prosecutors and officers up to date on current search and seizure case law, fundamental interdiction concepts, and developing best practices for the law enforcement team. All with an eye toward winning suppression hearings and keeping our communities safe for all.
This course offers 3 Substantive CLE Credits for attorneys and 3 CLEE Hours to MPOETC certified officers who hold an Act 120 certification.
