SABABC: Annual General Meeting

This year's Annual General Meeting will be hosted via Zoom on March 22, 2022 starting at 530 pm. Among other things, the AGM will see the election of the Board of Directors. Only active members as of 11:59 pm on March 20, 2022 are eligible to vote at the AGM.

The AGM Agenda includes, but is not limited to, the following items:

1. the adoption of rules of order and the conduct of and method of voting at the meeting;
2. the consideration of the financial statements and the respective reports of the directors and auditor (if any);
3. the election of directors; and
4. any business that is brought under consideration by the report of the directors.
