Holi Festival 2023



We are thrilled to share that the South Asian Chamber of Commerce (SACC) celebrated the Holi festival on March 4th, 2023, with great enthusiasm and energy. The event was a resounding success, with a large turnout of community members, business owners, and supporters.

The Holi festival, also known as the "festival of colors," is one of the most important festivals celebrated by the South Asian community. The festival marks the beginning of spring and celebrates the triumph of good over evil. The festival is typically marked by the throwing of colored powders, singing, dancing, and feasting.

At the 2023 Holi festival, attendees enjoyed an array of traditional Indian snacks and drinks, including samosas, chaat, and masala chai. The highlight of the event was the throwing of colored powders, which left attendees covered in vibrant hues of pink, blue, green, and yellow.

The festival also featured cultural performances, including traditional Indian folk dances, live music, and a special performance by a local Bollywood dance troupe. Attendees were able to enjoy the vibrant cultural performances while socializing and networking with other members of the community.
