- Early-bird bookings must be paid in full by 30 September 2024 to qualify for the discounted price. Late payments will result in tickets being charged at full rates.
- Our cancellation policy for events is as follows:
- Cancellation 30 days or more before – 100% refund
- Cancellation 15 – 30 days – 50% refund
- Cancellation 15 days or less before – no refund
However, replacements of attendees may be made at no charge, up to 48 hours before the event.
