    Serena is a leader in Human Resource Development and has worked in diverse organizations within the portfolio of Skills Development, Learning Technology, Talent Strategy, Workplace Transformation (BBBEE, Employment Equity and Diversity and Inclusion), Change Management and Leadership models, where she ran her own consulting business.
    Serena’s in-depth knowledge of the SETA landscape provides an insight to leverage BBBEE points and SETA funding for early careers/ learning initiatives. Currently working at bp Southern Africa, Serena is the lead on Capabilities and Transformation.
    She will share case studies within the scope of Skills Development working with SETA, accessing funding, understanding sector priorities. Within transformation, the how to maximize Management control and Skills Development to ensure positive BBBEE scoring.
