This class is designed to give Service Techs some insight in how to sell and what the sales process is. We will work on communication skills that will help Service Techs focus on the client and their needs.

  • Develop and ask pertinent questions that will give some insight as to what the client is looking for
  • Learn how to price, write up, and develop a proposal along with how to follow up with the client
  • Determine when it is appropriate for the service tech to sell, and when to get the sales team involved
