Monarch Market officially opened on November 2nd and offers a fresh take on the many facets of modern dining. With almost 20,000 square feet of food hall space including 12 unique food offerings, 1 full service restaurant and 3 bars, Monarch has enough variety to satisfy any group. Trademark Visual partnered with the Crescent Communities team on the design, production and installation of the project's exterior signage and interior focal pieces. Event Details:

Meet on site on Thursday, March 14th at 4:30 PM.

The Crescent creative team will be joining us and leading the tour. The tour will be led by Amy Bezanson (Crescent's Director of Design) who will walk everyone through the design process, construction, and more. Jenn Cantor (Marketing Director) and Meredith Cox (Asset Management – Monarch) will also be joining us to talk about their scope within this project.

Parking:

Parking is available in the One Independence Center deck (deck entrance is 110 N. Church St). The parking deck is directly below Monarch. If you take the elevator to the lobby and turn left you'll be in Monarch. Front entrance to Monarch is located on Tryon.

RSVP Details:

We will be charging for this event. Members will pay $5.00 and Non-Members will pay $10.00. We will have a cap of 25 people.

Happy Hour:

After the tour, we'll head upstairs to the Aster Cocktail Room where we will gather to socialize and have drinks and appetizers. Appetizers will be sponsored by Trademark Visual and 1st round of drinks will be sponsored by the SEGD Charlotte Chapter.
