Netherlands - Thai Chamber of Commerce (NTCC), in close cooperation with Ms Kwan Phonghanyudh, kindly invites you to the webinar "Service Design in the Digital Age", on Thursday 17 December 2020, from 16:00 - 16:45 (BKK Time) online via Zoom.

"Service Design" allows us to envision better experiences for customers and staff as well as creating new value for stakeholders that are involved. During the webinar, Ms Kwan would introduce five principles of service design thinking and explain how the design process can be applied to identify opportunities to improve the service. In addition, our guest speaker would present some case studies to explain what it means and share some tools so that the audiences who are interested can apply them to their businesses.
