Dear Friends and colleagues,



Given the uncertainties and the threats we are all experiencing from the personal, but definitely also the business perspective, we have decided to, once again, go for some extra flexibility as far as our services breakfast is concerned, and to build our next session (having focused at security the last time) specifically around COVID-19 and the health environment we all are confronted with.

I am seriously excited and equally proud that this time we will have Indonesia's top epidemiologist, Professor Pandu Riono of the country's leading university UI, address us with an outstanding presentation that, as a UI IAB member, I was privileged to enjoy earlier and which, while dealing with every aspect of COVID-19 in Indonesia, will also provide the opportunity to raise questions, both from the personal as well as the business angles.

Talking about flexibility, we will once again conduct our session via ZOOM, will again be without our usual American Club breakfast and, instead of an 8:00AM commencement time, start at 10:00AM sharp. Given the ongoing WFH recommendations, but also the Professor's schedule, I trust that you will, indeed, be sufficiently flexible to adjust your calendar, and that you will take advantage of something very special, something that like all our services sessions, is providing you with access to information, normally not readily available from other sources.

Because of the importance of the topic, and being aware of the fact that things really have not changed much, business wise, since our last services session, rather than to focus, as we normally do, at our casual, around the table services information exchange, this time we are also reaching out the broader AmCham community, offering a special event under the "services committee banner".
