Event Details

Welcome to the sewing and DIY party! Get ready to whip up your very own fanny pack in this course using a pattern from Sailrite. We're diving into fabrics, patterns, and stitches to make this project both fun and practical. And guess what? We're throwing a laser cutter into the mix to speed up the pattern cutting. We'll teach you the basics of using the laser cutter as well as sewing (making pockets, attaching zippers and straps, and finishing touches). Participants should have some experience using a sewing machine.

Various fabrics, zippers and hardware donated from Burton will be available for you to use, or feel free to bring your own if you have something in particular in mind. A list of supplies can be found on the Sailrite link provided.

Come join us on this creative ride and find the joy in sewing while making your own custom fanny pack. Let's stitch, create, and show off your unique style!
