Both the Latin American Chamber of Commerce and the Central and Eastern European Chamber of Commerce, invite you to an online or in-person session to discuss the new Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS).

This framework will come into effect from 1st September 2023 for new Singapore Employment Pass applications, and from 1st September 2024 for renewal applications. If you are looking to move to Singapore in the near future, based on an Employment Pass visa (EP), this will affect you.

Manpower Minister, Tan See Leng, highlighted that "Some firms, however, would need to make adjustments under COMPASS. And they would know clearly which areas to improve on and how to respond accordingly, given the transparency, clarity, and predictability of COMPASS".
