Raised by a single mother that taught me to serve others. Married and a father of 3 which taught me the importance of listening to those that are close to me. Former elementary school teacher of 18 years which taught me to listen to other’s stories. An educational trainer which taught me to listen while checking my bias.

Christina Hughey is a life-long resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Slippery Rock University with a B.S. in Psychology. Christina has over 12 years in the field of Social Work providing Service Coordination to families as well as Adult case management. In addition, Christina has 5 professional years of teaching in early childhood education. With first- hand experience in working with people who have experienced complex trauma, Christina is passionate and excited to bring relevant training those in Human Service fields.
