We are pleased to announce that the SILA e-Townhall will be held on 21st March 2025, serving as a precursor to the upcoming AGM on 28th March 2025. The e-Townhall will be your chance to get to know the nominees and raise questions to them and to the SILA Council. Kindly note the e-Townhall requires eligible voting SILA members to attend. Those with outstanding arrears will not be invited.

The 2025 AGM process:

1. Nominations for President, Honorary Treasurer, Honorary Secretary, Council Members, and Honorary Auditors posts are to be submitted latest by 3rd March 2025.
2. E-Townhall meeting on 21st March 2025: Introduction of all nominees and members Q&A (2 CPD points)
3. Commencement of Voting – eligible members can vote online between 21st March 2025 to 26th March 2025
4. AGM reporting by President, Honorary Treasurer, Pillar Heads, and Announcement of Election results on 28th March 2025 (4 CPD points)

The following thirteen (13) positions were opened for election:

• One (1) position for President*
• One (1) position for Honorary Secretary*
• One (1) position for Honorary Treasurer*
• Six (6) positions for Council Members*
• Two (2) positions of Ordinary Council Members#
• Two (2) positions of Honorary Auditors*
