Can you turn your book to a chatbot? Should you license your books for chatbots? What is involved in crossing media in this way? How are these specialist chatbots developed? Singapore's National Library, working with Amazon Web Services, has developed two chatbots working with local publisher content, from Marshall Cavendish and ISEAS Publishing. SBPA has asked them to share their experience, from a business perspective, with SBPA members.
