Once more, SIOG 2020 Advanced Course's directors have prepared an exciting programme including case-based studies, discussions and debates under the general themes of 'geriatrics for clinical oncologists' as well as 'clinical oncology for geriatricians'. The oncological sessions dedicated to geriatricians will be focused on the principles of cancer treatment in the elderly. The geriatric sessions dedicated to oncologist will be focused on the assessment of the elderly patient, with particular emphasis about polypharmacy, multimorbidity and frailty.
