Skill Set 1: For Virtual Assistants is a half-day, hands-on seminar/workshop that will talk about the skill sets, online tools, and qualities you need to succeed as a Virtual Assistant and an Executive Assistant to C-Level Management (CEOs, CFOs, COOs). This includes a crash course in Microsoft Excel.

Who is it for: Corporate and freelance professionals, virtual assistants, work-at-home and stay-at-home parents who want to learn new skills, 9-to-5 employees who want to become online entrepreneurs, business and life coaches, business veterans who want to update their digital skill sets, people (particularly women) in transition who want to work from home.

CLASS #1: Introduction To C-Level (Top-Level) Management (1 Hour)

If you want to work as a remote Executive Assistant to C-Level Management (CEOs, CFOs, COOs, etc.), this class gives you a preview of what specifics skills you need to succeed.

CLASS #2 Microsoft Excel 101 (2 Hours)**

Trainer/Speaker: Allen Lino

Microsoft Excel is just one of the basic computer programs you need to learn as a C-Level Executive Assistant. This class is a crash course in Microsoft Excel.

CLASS #3: Calendar, Logistics, And Email Management (3 Hours)

Trainer/Speaker: Ava Banzuela Esplanada

As a C-Level Executive Assistant, you need to learn how to manage a person's or even a team's daily operations. This class will teach basic digital techniques.

Reminders:

1. It's going to be a hands-on workshop. Notepads will be provided but you are free to please bring your own laptop.

2. Registration starts at 12:00 NN.

3. The program officially starts at 1:00 P.M.

4. Snacks and drinks will be served.

5. E-certificates will be issued to the participants two days after the event.

Ava Banzuela Esplanada

Ava is a 26-year-old mother of 4 and a full-time Digital Professional. She began her digital journey in 2011 as a part-timer and in 2013, she accepted a full-time offer while working in Accenture. In 2017, Ava decided to take the big transition in her career. She left the BPO industry and focused more on developing herself and growing her career as a self-employed online professional. She owns and operates AVAS Virtual Assistance wherein she teaches newbie and advanced virtual assistants. She is the Process Manager of The After Six Club and the Founding Trainer of Project VAST.

Allen Lino

Allen is a workforce team lead of the Largest Search Engine Company in the world. He started his excel expertise 7 years ago back when he was with IBM. Allen loves traveling locally and internationally. He's also a photographer and has a passion for cooking.
