Damien Koh started his Food & Beverage journey when he was just 25, working part-time in a small independent café before being offered a partnership role for a kiosk business selling local food delights and coffee. At 28, he sold his shares to open up the first Joe & Dough outlet - a speciality café focusing on handcrafted coffee and sandwiches with his wife, Dawn Wee.
6 years on, Joe & Dough currently have 8 outlets, with a couple more slated to open in 2015. Their business also went upstream, and they recently moved to an 11,000 sqft facility wholesaling bread, cakes, and other patisseries to meet the ever increasing demand for quality and authentic bakes.
Always a strong believer in growth and innovation, Damien also recently branched out to start Squeezed! - a cold pressed juice and yogurt concept that attempts to make health and wellness both fun and accessible.
