Mr Bay Chun How is the Director of Consumer Services and Investigation (CS&I) with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC). Consumer Services receives Data Breach Notices from companies, hear complaints from individuals, and facilitate mediation between the parties. Investigation finds facts of data breaches to determine recommendations on the actions to take against organizations under investigations.
Prior to joining IMDA, Chun How was a Deputy Director at the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB). He has led investigations of high-profile corruption cases in public sector and listed companies in the private sector.
With two decades of experience in the public service, Chun How is familiar with data analysis, policy formulation, development of international standard, and running a training outfit.

Craig Dore is the lead IAM strategist for RSA Asia-Pacific, India and Japan. He has 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, 20 of which has been at RSA. Previously, he held other positions at RSA in engineering, QA and as a presales architect. He now serves as a product evangelist, public speaker, sales specialist, author of numerous published articles and technical expert.
Assistant Chief Executive at Cyber Security Agency of Singapore
Ms Gwenda Fong is the Assistant Chief Executive at the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA). She is responsible for guiding and coordinating Singapore’s cybersecurity developments, which includes domestic and international strategies and policies. Since joining CSA in 2017, Gwenda has been involved in the drafting and implementation of the Cybersecurity Act that was passed in Parliament in 2018, as well as in the development of Singapore’s Safer Cyberspace Masterplan was launched this year.
Gwenda also holds a concurrent appointment as Senior Director (Futures) at the Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI), where she leads research on long-term challenges and disruptions in the areas of communication, information, and digitalisation.
Prior to CSA, Gwenda was Director in the Ageing Planning Office in the Ministry of Health. She has also held roles in the Ministry of Defence and the Defence Science & Technology Agency.
Gwenda holds a BSc and MSc in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a MSc in International Planning from University College London.

Johnny Kho has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Cyber Security with broad experience in Security Solutions, Operations and Consulting in both technical and business roles. He has been active in contributing to the local IT Security area through various interest groups and presently volunteers as Vice President in AISP and previously as Committee Member in SCS IS Chapter. He takes strong personal interest in SME Digital Initiatives and currently drives Cyber Awareness and Advisory Programme (CAAP) in collaboration with Cyber Security Agency (CSA) to create a sustainable support ecosystem for business owners on their digital and cyber journey.

Tony is part of the Asean Apigee team as the Digital Engagement Lead. Prior to joining Google, he was the Delivery Lead for DBS Public Cloud adoption, focusing on the design and setup of Data Security on AWS, and driving the development of the Cloud deployment platform.
He also worked for leading multinational companies such as Citibank, Barclays, IBM and CA in various job roles such as Product Manager, Delivery Manager and Technical Sales Advisory.

Yum Shoen Yih is a Director at the Cyber Security Agency (CSA) of Singapore, leading the Cyber Security Programme Centre (CSPC), which is responsible for securing government networks and systems and implement programmes to enable a resilient nation and safer cyberspace. He served in the Republic of Singapore Navy and other units in Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) defending the country for over 30 years and is now securing its cyberspace. He is working with local security industry to implement the concepts in his CSA publications on securing businesses that use the Internet in the face of cyberattacks. In his cybersecurity appointments, he has presented in international and local conferences in Singapore as well as overseas.
