We will be joined by owner and restaurateur Ruth Lin, who founded Star Leaf in 2011. Star Leaf has brought together an expert team of executive chefs, comprising top star chefs, serving over 3.6 million customers every year. As a woman-owned business, Ruth has inspired many with her attention to detail and passion for bringing fresh, rich flavors to every diner who walks through the doors. She hopes to expand this vision in the States through the expansion of more Star Leaf restaurants.
