The Business of Inclusion - SOGIE 101
The Business of Inclusion is an introductory course that provides participants an overview of the different communities that comprise the LGBT+ community and their specific nuances utilizing the SOGIE framework.
The course aims to provide knowledge that can be leveraged by participants to positively engage LGBT+ peers or employees, and provides an opportunity to assess if existing behaviors in the work environment create safe spaces for LGBT+ employees to thrive and grow professionally.
