Notice is hereby given that the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Society for the Promotion of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Research and Knowledge (SPARK) will be held on 27 May 2023 at 3.00pm to 5.00pm at the Makena Condo Clubhouse (121 Meyer Road S437932). Please note that this notice has been posted on the SPARK website (www.spark.org.sg/latestnews​). Subsequent updates and documents for the AGM will be posted there.

PROPOSED AGENDA

1. Adoption of the 22nd AGM Minutes
2. Adoption of Annual Report for Year 2022
3. Adoption of Audited Financial Report for Year 2022
4. Election of the Executive Committee (Exco) for Year 2023-2024 Term of Office
5. Election of the Independent Auditor for 2-years term covering FY 2023 & FY 2024

If you would like to stand for elections for the Exco/Independent Auditor or propose agenda items for the meeting, please send your nomination form or proposal for agenda item to secretary@spark.org.sg by 16 May 2022.
