Everything is a little more fun and less of a chore when we do it together.

By popular demand, we will be organizing our study-buddy program for tweens (10 to 14 years) over 5 weeks in Apr/May. The sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm to 5.30pm. During which, we have teen mentors who will supervise your child with their school work over zoom. The session will incorporate the Pomodoro Technique and other productivity tools that are helpful for ADHD kids.

Broadly, the program is as follows :

• 15 min : Checking-in & setting intentions for tasks to complete
• 25min : Round #1 of FOCUSED WORK (to be done individually)
• 5 min : Taking a break & tweens can clarify questions with mentors (if any)
• 25 min : Round #2 of FOCUSED WORK (again done individually)
• 5 min : Sharing of the work completed and again tweens can clarify questions with the mentors (if any)
• 15 min : Playing games together (eg. role-play games like Werewolf as well as online games like uno, squabble, etc).

Please see the dates for the study-buddy sessions below. You do not have to attend all the sessions but do try to at least attend 3 sessions. Each session will be held from 4.00pm to 5.30pm.

Through these Study-Buddy Sessions, we aim to help our ADHD tweens build up the ability to self-initiate work & sustain their focus through the power of peer-support. And hopefully, this will become intrinsic and a habit for life.
