As President & CEO of Elite Business Strategies, LLC (EBS), Princess Ousley presides over EBS and its respective divisions. Under her leadership, EBS has successfully managed over $18 billion dollars in government funding on the local, state, and federal levels.

Experiencing success in the core industry, EBS launched myEliteProducts.com and E3 Construction. myEliteProducts.com is an online eCommerce platform that offers over 300,000 high quality products to customers from small local businesses to blue chip multi-site national organizations. With less than one year of business under her belt, Princess became the first Minority Woman-Owned Business awarded the State of Florida contract for Office Consumables and Equipment. In doing so, she has successfully competed head-on with Office Depot and Staples as an independent supplier in the office product industry.

E3 Construction, launched in 2018, offers Construction Management, Remediation and Mitigation services to clients. To date, E3 Construction has successfully completed a federal design project, and most recently, recruited and deployed a regional remediation team to support those affected by Hurricane Sally.

Over the years, Princess has received numerous awards and recognitions for her business acumen and strategic planning, including the 2020 Small Business Administration Region 4 Prime Contractor of Year award. On her journey to professional success, she learned the unparalleled importance of a tireless work ethic, informed decision making, and a raw determination. As a former public servant in the State of Florida, she has been recognized by former President George W. Bush as a forerunner in community development and was appointed to former President Barack Obama’s Building Resilience with Diverse Communities Taskforce.

Princess is a graduate of the Florida A & M University and holds an MBA in Business Psychology and Development. She is the proud wife of 18 years to her college sweetheart, Andre F. Ousley.
