Join us for this spooktacular event for HOA Board Members and Community Managers!
Featuring:
- Trick or Treat at 35 vendor exhibits as they share the tricks of their trade.
- Attend an educational program so good... It's frightening!
- Enjoy festive hors d'oeuvres & go batty at a chance to win raffle prizes and Grand Prize Give-A-Way!
Spooktacular Schedule:
3:30 pm: Registration check-In
3:45 pm: Educational Program "True Horror Stories From the HOA Crypt" - Hear HOA tales that will frighten and educate you!
4:30 pm: Managers: Join us for a Happy Hour with Event Sponsors (Homeowners make their way to the exhibitor Faire)
4:30-6:30 pm: Exhibitor Faire with 35 vendors specializing in the HOA industry (hosted outdoors) Hors d'oeuvres will be served.
Join us at Your Comfort Level! At check-in, you will select either a blue or red lanyard which allows our vendors and other attendees to know your comfort level. Blue lanyard means ready to shake hands and a red lanyard means social distancing is appreciated!
Please follow current Ventura County guidelines for face covering mandates. We do ask if you are feeling ill or are experiencing covid-19 symptoms to please stay home and join us another time. Thank you!
