Ralph Waldo Emerson spoke honestly when he said, "Money often costs too much." In the constant changing world of technology, it is easier than ever to stay updated on Chapter 11 bankruptcy changes. The vast amount of information available and the many different platforms to obtain that information grow daily. This information impacts the way attorneys practice law and is critical to the development of bankruptcy law. The many ways to research caselaw, secondary materials and all relevant materials to Chapter 11 can be overwhelming. The comments to the model rules of professional conduct governing attorneys state that to maintain competency a lawyer should keep abreast…[of] the benefits and risks associated with relevant technology. The goal of this course is to assist attorneys through online research focused on Chapter 11 bankruptcy so they feel more confident in their research.
