Jess and Gordon Walker will demo some different morel cooking tips. Wade Fox will do a live demo on morel shio koji. Spike Mikulski will tell us more about competing in the Chopped-style Challenge to win an Annual Foray Scholarship for Pacific Northwest NAMA Camp (October 31 to November 3), which is currently underway and featured on page 18 of the most recent Mycophile Quarterly. Following all of the demos, there will be time for Q & A with Culinary Arts Committee members.
