GRT Participating Company Criteria

  • A business entity that is registered and incorporated in Singapore
  • At least 30% local (Singaporean or Singaporean Permanent Resident) group shareholdings

Receive Funding Support: Approved GRT participating companies can claim funding for

  • Internship stipend (up to 70%¹, capped at S$1,000 per month²)
  • Overseas allowance (for supported markets³)


¹ 70% for SME & 50% for non-SME

² S$1,000 for University & S$800 for ITE/Poly students

    Mr Chan Wing Git is a HR professional with a blend of both private and public sector experience. Wing Git spent more than 16 years working in Government ministries and private sector companies, and has built up experience across key HR functions including Strategic Manpower Planning, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Relations, and Compensation and Benefits.

    Wing Git currently heads the Group Talent and Excitement function at Luxasia, and oversees the Talent, HR support and People Development operations across the regional markets. Prior to that, Wing Git led HR teams at the BreadTalk Group, CPF Board, Resorts World Sentosa, and was involved in the development and rollout of national manpower policies and legislation at the Ministry of Manpower.

    Wing Git holds a Masters in Civil Engineering from the University College London.

KHI also runs the retail Mothercare franchise in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong for over 30 years. Diana spends 15 years in Marketing and Corporate Communications functions at technology and consumer goods businesses. She now works extensively in organisation development, process digitalisation and supply chain management.

    Clare is one of the co-founders of Her Velvet Vase, a fashion e-commerce company, she started the business with her sister and co-founder when she was 19.

    Her Velvet Vase operates on a vertically integrated model and their apparels are designed in-house and produced direct from boutique factories.

    They were the first local store to introduce a fashion subscription model and expanded to New York several years ago via B2B. More recently, the brand has also shifted from pure ecommerce into omni-channel via retail stores in Singapore, Malaysia and Cambodia.

    The Her Velvet Vase ethos is rooted in creating memories and celebrating milestones with a focus on building an online and offline shopping experience that is thoughtful, inclusive and supportive.
