St David's day is traditionally a celebration of Welsh heritage and culture, and we will be celebrating Phnom Penh style.
Join us at the Welsh Consulate (Street 460, TTP) for a fun evening of live music, Welsh beers and whisky and some fun pub games (with prizes of course)
