Tim Trefzer - Vice President, LEED AP Tim has led the sustainability efforts of some of the most iconic and recognizable sports teams, venues, events, and brands in the world, including the Mercedes Benz Stadium, SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, the Super Bowl, College Football Playoff, and the Atlanta Falcons. Tim co-founded the Sustainable Sport index, the sports industry’s first benchmark of sustainability. He led sustainability efforts for the 225-acre, five-venue Georgia World Conference Center campus, including facilitating LEED certifications. Tim is past adjunct faculty at Georgia State University and Arizona State University and a regular speaker at international conferences. He has held leadership roles in several industry associations including USGBC and IAVM. He resides in Atlanta.

Meredith McCurdy is a sports and event marketer with experience working with brands and their partnerships in domestic and global sport including the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup, F1, NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLS. In 2022, she joined the environmental and sustainability services firm, APTIM, to lead the Sustainable Sport Index (SSI). SSI is a survey collecting self-reported data from sports venues to publish an anonymized report benchmarking the sustainability practices of sports venues. Meredith has an MBA and a Certificate in ESG.
