The SOP Course will guide the participants in formulating a strategic plan for their respective agencies and organizations, as well as in preparing the operational plan that is required to implement the strategic plan. It will cover the typical phases and elements of strategic and operations plans in the public sector.


· Clarify the boundaries and connections between the strategic and operational plan.

· Walk through the process of formulating the strategic and the operational plan through guided workshops.

· Gain lessons from co-participants who come from other agencies and organizations.

· Apply lessons gained to improve or assess the existing strategic and operational plans of their agencies.


The webinar is especially designed for government employees from NGAs, GOCCs/GFIs, LGUs and SUCs, particularly those assigned in the internal audit, accounting, finance, treasury, budget, asset management, general services, human resource management, corporate planning, operations systems developers, procurement, legal, etc.

Those in the private sector especially those who have contracts/transactions with government or intend to transact or do business with government are encouraged to attend this training course.
