    Peter Rosseel is the managing director of MCR, a spin-off of the University of Leuven in Belgium and a visiting
    professor at the same university.

    His field of expertise covers strategy implementation, change management, cultural and digital transformation, leadership and learning. He travels the world to help leadership teams and their organisations to change (80% of his time).

    Peter also teaches a postgraduate course at the Faculty of Exact Sciences (Engineering) of both Leuven and Ghent University on the same subject matters. In South Africa he teaches at the Faculty of Economic

    Peter Rosseel serves as the managing director of MCR, a spin-off of the University of Leuven in Belgium, and holds a visiting professorship at the same university. His areas of expertise encompass strategy implementation, change management, cultural and digital transformation, leadership, and learning. He devotes 80% of his time to global engagements, assisting leadership teams and organizations in navigating transformative change.

    In addition to his role at MCR, Peter instructs a postgraduate course at the Faculty of Exact Sciences (Engineering) at both Leuven and Ghent University. In South Africa, he dedicates 20% of his time to teaching at the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences at the University of the Free State.

    Peter's extensive research in these domains has led to frequent consultations with major corporations worldwide, including Microsoft, British American Tobacco (in 166 countries), CISCO Systems, Sony, Accenture, Pick 'n Pay, Mediclinic, Edgars, Clover, Naschem, Siemens, L'Oréal, Coca-Cola, PNB Paris-Fortis, Nutricia, William Grant & Sons, and Boehringer-Ingelheim.
