Success Planning for Administrators and Quality Assurance Staff & Membership Meeting Registration

Participants will learn how to create effective success plans for their clients. Tips on being a Coach, using your Motivational Interviewing skills, and assessing for stages of change will be discussed. A brief review of Risk, Need, and Responsivity is included with a focus on responsivity, along with how to write good goal statements and match appropriate objectives to those goals. We will work together to connect the dots when creating a sample success plan. This class is for administrators and quality assurance staff only.

Join us for social hour on Thursday, May 8th!

Before you head off for the night, we invite you to join your fellow OCPOA members for a social hour immediately following the training on Thursday at the Olentangy Brewing Company. The first drink is on the OCPOA! The brewery is across from the hotel and conference center at 303 Green Meadows Drive South. Additionally, the Roosevelt Coffeehouse is also situated at this location. Coffee, beer, soda, they have it all! We hope to see you there!
