Get ready for an evening groundbreaking cinema at the Sunny Coast Showdown Showcase, presented by Community Bank Sunshine Coast.

The Showcase, a not-for-profit initiative, is a testament to the thriving screen industry on the Sunshine Coast. This year, seven unique projects have been produced, including three short films, a music video, two documentaries, and a reality-style program, each reflecting the diverse creativity of our local talent.

Not only does this event highlight the artistic talent in our community, but it also sparks a serious dialogue about the potential of the film industry on the coast. Our goal is to create a sustainable industry that continues to grow and become a major economic contributor to the region.

Join us for this unforgettable evening where we'll celebrate the spirit of collaboration, creativity, and homegrown talent.

So, put on your best attire and immerse yourself in a Hollywood-style premiere right here on the Sunshine Coast. Enjoy an evening filled with food, wine, and captivating films.

Need some inspo for an outfit that suits the glamour of a red-carpet event as well as the casual ambience of an outdoor cinema/film festival? We're encouraging a 'glam-casual' dress code. This means you're welcome to dress up for the red carpet but keep in mind the comfort needed for an outdoor evening event.
