Mitch leads the ecommerce and digital service at TM Insight Asia. He brings over 20 years of global experience in ecommerce and supply chain to TM Insight. Most recently the Director of E-Commerce, Southeast Asia at adidas, Mitch is a recognised leader of ecommerce and logistics strategies. He played an integral role in establishing adidas’ brand.com and marketplace ventures across Southeast Asia, enabling the brand to significantly scale its online business. Prior to adidas, he was the Group Chief Commercial Officer at aCommerce, the leading e-commerce service provider in Southeast Asia where he supported global brands and retailers to go online.

Wei Chuen is the Acting VP and Head of Supply Chain & Connectivity at the Singapore Economic Development Board.

He was formerly the Regional Vice President, Europe of the Singapore Economic Development Board. Based in London, he oversees EDB’s operations in France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. He is responsible for the organisation’s engagements of European companies across multiple industries (incl. industrials, consumer, healthcare and technology).

Graham Conlon is General Manager of SAP Digital Supply Chain for the Asia, Pacific & Japan region. Based in Singapore, Graham leads the organisation responsible for driving sales execution, pipeline management and customer adoption, delivering the next phase of growth for our Digital Supply Chain solutions in the region.

Graham brings over 20 years of SAP experience, in his most recent role, heading the Global Digital Supply Chain Centre of Excellence, responsible for go-to-market strategy, new product introduction and strategic customer engagement. Prior to this, Graham spent three years heading SAP’s Global PLM line of business and held various Senior Engineering and Operations Management roles before joining SAP.

Graham holds a Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and later studied Business at Henley Management College.

Alvin started his Logistics profession through his family business and as a forward-looking 2nd generation business leader, Alvin has over 8 years of experience in logistics having founded and built a traditional Container Trucking business from scratch to a sizable fleet but struggled with the pain points of running it daily.

With a keen interest in making a difference, Alvin is always taking on an active role in the industry's transformation road map and evolved from dealing with the pain to founding Haulio which he believes firmly can be the technology solution for the industry. To date, with over 95% of Singapore’s hauliers comprising over 2,000 trucks and 20,000 trailers, Haulio has helped to digitalise the movements of over 500,000 containers across Singapore and Thailand.

As CEO, Alvin is leading the revolution of the trucking industry focusing on SEA with his team and aims to become the operating system of container trucking 4.0, driving the future of haulage.

Paul has worked for more than 30 years in the retail, logistics and supply chain industry, gaining experience covering operations, business development, corporate and strategic management as well as IT and supply chain solutions. He started his career in Retailing in 1988 when he joined Isetan and has worked with various multinationals including TNT Worldwide Express, EGL Global Logistics (now known as CEVA), Menlo Worldwide Logistics and YCH Group, a Singapore home-grown logistics solutions provider.

Paul founded and launched Supply Chain Asia, and has been leading the organisation as a volunteer since September 2005. Supply Chain Asia is a community that brings logistics and supply chain professionals in Asia together to network and learn from one another. As a volunteer, Supply Chain Asia provides Paul with a unique avenue to connect with the industry, both for knowledge and community development purpose. Paul has a strong network with shippers in the logistics and supply chain industry through his role in Supply Chain Asia.

Paul is a graduate of the National University of Singapore and holds an MBA (with distinction), specialising in Retail Distribution, from the University of Stirling in Scotland.

Evelyn is a technology leader and IT visionary with over 18 years of senior-level experience focusing on Strategic Planning, Digital Transformation and Change Management.

She holds a solid track record of providing technology direction to orchestrate growth in multiple domains from FMCG and Healthcare sector amongst others, interfacing with cross-functional internal stakeholders - Supply Chain / Warehouse / Transport Management, Specialty Chemicals, Technology, as well as Sales & Marketing, Finance and Human Resource functions.

She currently holds the position of Regional Director, IT, APAC at GEODIS, driving strategic IT directions within the APAC region. This includes transformation and digitalization initiatives that allow the IT function to adequately strengthen and enable business growth.

Mark Parlane is responsible for Contract Logistics across Asia Pacific. Mark is based in Singapore.

Kuehne + Nagel is a global transport and logistics company based in Schindellegi, Switzerland. It was founded in 1890, in Bremen, Germany, by August Kühne and Friedrich Nagel. It provides sea freight and airfreight forwarding, contract logistics, and overland businesses.

Prior to joining Kuehne + Nagel Mark was with regional supply chain solutions providers Linfox, and before then with Exel and Tibbett & Britten (now taken over by DHL) in a career that has seen him based in the UK, Hong Kong, Shanghai, New York, and now Singapore.

Mark has spent over 25 years in the logistics industry and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.

Mark is married with 1 child.

Xavier Perello Pairada is the Senior Vice President | Regional Head APAC & MEA in SSI SCHAEFER Group, he currently oversees the operations and overall management of the business in the region and reporting directly to the C-Level in the Group.

Mr Xavier holds two master degrees (Master of Industrial & Structural Engineering UPC – Barcelona) and Master of Business Administration, MBA (MGSM- Sydney) and has over 25 years of material handling, logistics and supply chain experience.

Formally the Regional Business Development for a leading Material Handling Company in Spain in 1994, Xavier moved to Singapore in 1997 and joined SSI SCHÄFER in the year 2000 to run the Asia operations. He has built up his career and helped SSI SCHAEFER to be the market leader in the region, with revenues circa XXX million Euros and over 1,200 employees.

Xavier is passionate about the logistics and supply chain industry and how it has evolved and transformed itself over the years in the region, with the constant introduction of new technologies and solutions that are rapidly adopted throughout the different market segments.

His personal time is filled with family time and a combination of home cooking, mountain hiking whenever travel permits and listening to music.

Jaya Moorthi, is a supply chain professional with 25 years of experience in broad areas of supply chain and logistics. He started his career with Port of Singapore Authority (PSA) for 4 years before joining Hewlett-Packard Asia Pacific. In PSA, he was in lead positions in vessel operations, yard logistics, shipping planning and worked extensively with various shipping liners.

In Hewlett-Packard, where he has been for the last 19 years, he has toured different portfolios ranging from production, postponement, international & domestic freight and a host of others. He held leadership position as the Supply Chain Director for Imaging and Printing group responsible for supply chain and operations for the IPG business, reverse logistics, environmental & recycling operations as well as being accountable for Program Office for IPG. In his last role as Director of Logistics, Asia Pacific, he was accountable for logistics operations, procurement, customs, strategic planning and partner management across the Asia Pacific.

Presently, he is the VP Logistics, EAJ for Schneider Electric. He is accountable a team size of 450 and has logistics operations, network modelling, customs operations, field services, Tailor supply chain, logistic engineering and business process engineering teams under his leadership.

He was awarded Supply Chain Professional (Hi-Tech sector) Asia Pacific by Supply Chain Asia (SCA) for Year: 2014. He sits in the Green Freight Asia (GFA) as a Board of Director and co-chair Shippers Council within Supply Chain Asia. He is also member of the Center of Innovation SCM Advisory committee at Republic Polytechnic. At the community level, he sits in the Singapore Hockey Federation as the Vice President (PR/Marketing).

Jaya has a multi-discipline academic background. He graduated from National University of Singapore with Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and from University of London with a Bachelor of Law (LLB Hons). He subsequently went on to complete his MBA with California State University. In addition, he is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) with American Board of NLP and has Certificate of Management (CMA) accounting with University of Monash.

Jaya is also a keen reader of non-fiction books ranging from business, psychology, history amongst others. He plays soccer, does yoga and runs often. He is married to lawyer wife with two children.
