Course Content:

The Filipino Language course for 30 hours will provide an introduction to the four macro skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Integration of the following will be highly demonstrated:

• Parts of Speech
• Pronunciation
• Grammar
• Vocabulary

General Objectives:

• Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the Filipino Alphabet, vocabulary, grammar, and sentence structure.
• Express ideas and emotions using appropriate vocabulary and grammatical structures.
• Engage in oral communication in Filipino in various communicative contexts.
• Read and comprehend texts written in Filipino from a variety of contexts.

Classes will take place every Monday and Friday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
