Mica Bautista is a Certified Transformative Life Coach and HR practitioner. For years, she has engaged with diverse types of people and industries where she helped build businesses, brands, networking relationships, and high functioning and efficient organizations. She has dabbled in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, L&D, and employee engagement. At present, she is focused on people and organizational development, where she continues to influence others with excellence and compassion. Whether it is in HR, Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, Training, Talent Management, or Life Coaching, her main goal is be an indispensable part in the journey of growth and development of everyone she comes across, so that they can, in turn, become self-sustaining and productive members of society.

She earned her bachelor’s degree holder from the University of the Philippines Diliman and her certification for Transformative Life Coaching from Coach Masters Academy, an accredited organization of the International Coaching Federation. She is currently the HR Manager of Q2 HR Solutions accountable for Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, and Organizational Development.
