The Philippine Society for Talent Development (PSTD) is the premier organization for Talent Development practitioners in the country.
Since its establishment in 1965, PSTD has been at the forefront of advancing the evolution of the mindsets, concepts, and best practices in developing talents.
As a Center for Excellence in Talent Development, the Society offers a broad range of benefits for its members. It provides Certifications, Training, Summits and Forum, Research publications, Frameworks and Tools, and a Community of Practice where members can Connect, Collaborate and Contribute for their own development and of others.
Our members are composed of private businesses, academic institutions, government agencies, and non-government organizations and individuals who are bound by common perspective, passion, and purpose in developing talents.
