Dear Members of the Kenya Green Building Society,

Notice is hereby given that the virtual Annual General Meeting of the Kenya Green Building Society. The meeting will commence at 11am.

The following items will be discussed at the meeting:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on 31st March 2022.
2. Chairperson's Report.
3. Consideration and adoption of accounts for the financial year ending 27th February 2023.
4. Election of Board Members.
5. Appointment of auditors in accordance with Article XV.
6. Any other business in which a Notice has been given in writing one week before the AGM.

All members are requested to attend the meeting in person or confirm their proxies, duly authorized in writing, to attend and vote on their behalf.
