Stephanie is a Partner in Audit at KPMG in Calgary where she provides audit and audit-related services to public and private clients across a wide variety of industries including oil and gas, power and agriculture with expertise in finance, governance and strategy.

She is also a Board Member for Glenbow Museum and is Board Chair for United Way of Calgary and Area

Leontine is a director on the boards of Cameco Corporation, ARC Resources, and EPCOR Utilities. Leontine has in-depth experience in industrial and energy sectors, including international and North American oil and gas (upstream, midstream infrastructure, and downstream), mining, oil sands, utilities, pipelines, gas storage, power (gas, coal, nuclear and renewables), and (petro- and agri-) chemicals. Having worked with these industries for more than thirty years, through the entire upstream, midstream, and downstream value-chain, Leontine brings insights, opinions, and a directness to her communications as well as a strategic, financial and capital allocation focus to her Board engagement.

Judy is Co-CEO and Co-founder of The51 - a financial platform and venture fund for investors, entrepreneurs and those who aspire to be, putting female-led capital to work in innovative female-led startups. She also co-founded cleantech/digital funds and alliances including Evok Innovations, CRIN and COSIA. Judy served on the federal Resources of the Future Economic Strategy Table and was Board Chair of Alberta Innovates - an Alberta government agency that supports and funds innovators across key sectors. She was also the first Chief Digital Officer and EVP of Business Innovation at a Canadian oil and natural gas company. Judy brings more than 35 years of industry experience, including natural gas operations, government policy and ESG depth to the PETRONAS Canada Board. She is also a board member at MEG Energy, Tundra Oil & Gas, VEERUM, Business Council of Alberta, and Calgary Economic Development, and was granted the designation ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Owen is a Director in Risk Consulting, Cyber Security at KPMG in Calgary with more than 30 years of experience across public and private sector. Through considerable expertise at the Board and C-Suite levels from a governance, risk and compliance perspective, Owen works to help clients navigate the challenges of cyber security management, with a particular focus on strategy and application of innovative solutions.

Owen's areas of expertise include governance, physical and cyber security architecture and operations, computer forensics, incident response and investigations, corporate investigations, operational technology, industrial control systems (ICS) security, intelligent transportation systems, smart city design, operational and IT business continuity, and identity and access management (IAM).

Lisa is Senior Vice President, People & Corporate at ARC Resources. She oversees corporate functions including governance, human resources, internal communications, and office services. In addition, she is accountable for the Company’s ESG reporting and disclosure efforts, with a focus on social and governance practices. With more than 20 years of human resources and corporate experience, she brings expertise from the domestic and international energy industry and the global consumer industry.

Currently, she serves as Board Chair for Enviros and as an advisory member of the Canadian Centre for Advanced Leadership at the University of Calgary.

Lisa has over 25 years of experience in Information Services. In her current role as Director, she is responsible for IS Infrastructure planning and design, capital implementation and operational support. In addition, Lisa leads the Cyber Security and IS governance functions.

Prior to joining EPCOR, Lisa held positions designing and developing software in Government, Healthcare and Technology Sectors. Through her work in the healthcare industry Lisa gained experience in IS governance and audit.

Shannon was appointed Vice President Sustainability & External Affairs in April, 2022. Previously, she held the role of Director of External Affairs and Communications with PETRONAS Canada, where she worked with all levels of government, Indigenous communities, and the public. Her expertise is in leading development and implementation of strategies, integrating risk management in projects, developing and strengthening relationships with stakeholders, and managing complex regulatory and Indigenous issues. Shannon has practiced regulatory, environmental and Indigenous law for nearly two decades and joined PETRONAS Canada in early 2020.
