Ana Maria A. Delgado holds the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Customer
Experience Officer and Chief Digital Channels Officer of Union Bank of the Philippines. She
started her career with the Bank as a Product Manager under the Retail Banking Center.
Prior to joining the Bank, she was an Assistant Vice President for Product Management at
Citibank, N.A. from 2006 to 2008. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and
Painting from Boston College and obtained her Master's Degree in Business Administration
from New York University Stern School of Business in 2010.
