Please join us for the first of our five part Masterclass Series running from September - December 2022 where will deep-dive into skills and knowledge to support you to succeed as small business owners.


Our first Masterclass will be on the Neuroscience of Wellbeing, hosted by Neuroscientist, Dr. Val Rytova.


In this seminar you will discover the impact of your daily habits on your brain as well as the awesome power of this incredible organ which influences every part of our lives.


You will get clarity on how your brain works, learn what shapes your behaviour, understand the difference that specific well-being practices can make on the brain and your life, as well as gain a direct access to actually changing your brain. You will be empowered with tools that will make a difference to how you live your life and impact your general well-being.


The length of the workshop is 1 hour, with 30 minutes designated for Q & A at the end.

    Dr. Val Rytova is a Neuroscientist, passionate about empowering people to have clarity about their brain. With a PhD focusing specifically on brain mechanisms underlying fear-related and anxiety-related behaviour, her expertise is a great asset to exploring the benefits of yoga & meditation practice on these behaviours, as well as day-to-day living.

    She currently teaches at Victoria University, is a mother, and an avid kitesurfer.
