Christian began his career in the US Military as a sergeant in the Marines and his vast experiences and roles served as a powerful foundation for corporate business. He holds a master’s degree in leadership from W. Hizenga School of Business at Nova Southeastern University. Christian has dedicated his academic and professional career to studying the intersections between leadership & business, helpings organization, teams and individual leaders turn talent into performance.
