Course Description


Prosecutors are held to a higher standard because the power they exercise on behalf of their client, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Often the Rules of Professional Responsibility do not adequately address the challenges of representing the government in criminal cases. This course will outline your constitutional and statutory ethical obligations, together with strategies for adherence with those obligations.

This FREE WEBINAR is available to all members of the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association but is limited to the first 150 registrants. Registrants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. The last day to register is June 11, 2024.

Attendees have the option to watch all or part of this presentation to receive credit. You must attend a minimum of an hour to receive credit and provide 3 of the 6 code words from the presentation on your CLE form.
