Course Description
A deep dive into Chapter 57, the Wiretap Act, that will include case law, investigative techniques and practical tips for the use of consensuals, trackers, ping/pen registers, call detail records and nonconsensuals for your investigations and subsequent prosecution.
This course offers 3 Substantive CLE Credits for attorneys and 3 CLEE Hours to MPOETC certified officers who hold an Act 120 certification.

Registration is restricted to members of the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association and law enforcement officers. Registration closes on July 5, 2024 at 4:30 PM. Interested parties who are not members of the PDAA must register by mail with check included or register online and pay with a credit card at the time of registration in order to secure attendance to this course.
Cancellations
Those who cancel on or before July 19, 2024 by 4:30 PM will be refunded the full fee. To cancel, please email Tรกmara Heagy at theagy@pdaa.org. No refunds can be issued for cancellations received after July 19, 2024 by 4:30 PM. Those who have not paid will still be required to send payment. As always, substitutions are allowed for persons who have to cancel after the cancellation date.
