Dr. Steven Hunt has an undergraduate degree in Applied Mathematics and a PhD in Industrial-Organizational psychology. He helped create some of the very first applications of machine learning applied to staffing in the early 2000s and has since worked with a variety of AI/ML applications across all aspects of HR in his role as Chief Expert for Work & Technology at SAP.
Dr. Meghan Anzelc is a physicist who has applied her mathematical expertise to analytics programs in several Fortune 1000 companies that made use of AI/ML techniques to influence business decisions, including building the first-ever data and analytics function at a leading global executive search and leadership advisory firm.
