As business owners and executives, focusing on your strategic human capital management solutions can be challenging but it is key to success as the labor market continues to change. In this session, you will learn about compliance updates to be aware of within the DMV and what you need to do to stay on track with your human capital operations going forward.

The format is similar to most organized lead share and referral networking groups in that the group meets regularly and follows a set agenda. Each member has the opportunity to be a featured spotlight presenter.
